Our Products
Our aromatherapy oils are handcrafted in small batches using botanical ingredients and carefully selected essential oils.
Because we work with natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the beauty of handcrafted products and do not affect quality.
Aromatherapy Disclaimer
Our products are intended to support your personal wellbeing, relaxation, and self-care rituals.

Soul Guidance Sessions
Francis Therapy offers one-to-one guidance sessions that encourage reflection, emotional wellbeing, and personal growth.
These sessions are offered as complementary wellbeing support and are not a substitute for:

- Legal advice
- Financial advice

Personal Readings
Any guidance or intuitive insight shared during a personal reading is intended for self-reflection and personal development.
Readings should not be interpreted as guaranteed outcomes or absolute predictions.
Every individual has free will, and future experiences may change based on personal choices and circumstances.
Bookings & Appointments
- Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy
A Note on Refunds
Every Francis Therapy product is handcrafted with care, and every guidance session is prepared specifically for you.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact us. We will always do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
Aromatherapy Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Soul Guidance Sessions
Due to the personalised nature of our services, completed guidance sessions and personal readings are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
