Healing isn`t always peaceful. Sometimes it feels like everything you`ve buried is rising to the surface all at once. The discomfort can be overwhelming, and at times it can feel like one of the deepest pains you`ve ever experienced.
I`ve learnt that healing isn`t about becoming someone new. It`s about remembering who you were before fear, pain, rejection, and life`s experiences made you forget.
Through this journey, I`ve stopped searching for validation outside of myself. I no longer need others to tell me who I am or what I`m worth. Instead, I`ve found something far more powerful, a deeper connection with myself.
The healing has been uncomfortable. The purging has been intense. But every tear, every lesson, and every moment of surrender has brought me closer to my truth.
Sometimes the greatest transformation doesn`t come from adding more to your life. It comes from releasing everything that was never truly yours to carry.
Healing isn`t losing yourself. It`s remembering yourself.
And when you remember yourself, you realise that everything you`ve ever been searching for has always lived within you!
